BLUE COWBOYPICTURES

Working together

Creative submissions

Please obtain an invitation first

Do not send unsolicited scripts, treatments, pitch decks, story ideas, footage, music, artwork, or other creative materials. An invitation to discuss a business relationship is not permission to submit a project or confidential information.

When materials are requested

Wait for written confirmation of the recipient, requested materials, submission method, and any applicable submission or confidentiality agreement. Share only material you are authorized to provide, and identify collaborators, underlying works, and any restrictions relevant to the proposed review.

Receipt is not acceptance

Receiving material does not, by itself, mean Blue Cowboy has agreed to read it, represent the sender, develop the project, make a payment, or enter a confidentiality arrangement. Do not assume confidential treatment unless it has been agreed in writing or otherwise required by law.

This policy does not claim ownership of submitted work or require you to surrender rights simply by sending it. Any rights grant must be addressed separately with the appropriate parties.

Business inquiries

General introductions should briefly describe your professional role and the type of collaboration you have in mind, without attachments or confidential story details. Use the materials and partnership inquiry links for an introduction. Those links do not authorize creative submissions.
