Who operates this website
Blue Cowboy Pictures is operated by Blue Cowboy LLC. This notice covers the public website, not separate production, employment, talent, or customer records.
Information handled by this version
The Blue Cowboy website itself has no contact form, mailing-list signup, payment collection, visitor account database, or file-upload feature. Optional Google Analytics is available only after you allow it, as described below. The site does not use advertising pixels. The logo animation, MiNE and Stand/Still trailers, and photographs are served as part of the site.
These statements concern the website’s own features. They do not mean that visiting the hosted site is anonymous or that no technical information is processed.
Hosting and access
This public website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The hosting and account services may process account or access information, IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and cookies in connection with delivering and securing the service. Those services operate under their own applicable policies and agreements. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI’s privacy request portal for its practices and available controls.
This website does not specify a retention schedule for information held by its hosting provider. Provider practices are described in the linked policies.
Cookies, tracking, and browser choices
This website has no Blue Cowboy advertising or cross-site tracking integration. Its own code does not track visitors across websites. Optional analytics stays off when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Hosting or sign-in cookies and provider controls are separate from that website code. You can manage cookies through your browser; restricting them may affect some hosted features.
No visitor-data sale or advertising-sharing mechanism has been added to this site. Any additional privacy-rights notice, consent control, or opt-out mechanism for the public version will depend on the actual data practices and applicable requirements.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, trailer plays, and clicks on inquiry links. These reports help us understand which pages are useful. An inquiry-link click does not tell us whether you sent a message.
Analytics stays off until you select “Allow analytics.” Selecting “No thanks” keeps it off. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
If you allow analytics, Google receives technical information needed to deliver and measure the service, including browser and device information, an IP address in the network request, and cookie-based identifiers. Our configuration excludes page query strings, fragments, email addresses and message contents from the events we send. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google signals, or advertising integrations.
Your browser stores the analytics choice for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days without automatic renewal. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics from this browser and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected information. Videos and outside links
The animated logo and trailers play from files hosted with this website. Playing these videos does not load a Vimeo or YouTube player. If you follow an external film or credits link, that website handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
Email links and other websites
Inquiry links open your email app or Gmail. This site does not send or store the message; you choose whether to send it. Other websites have their own privacy policies and terms.
Storage and requests
The website application does not maintain a visitor-submission database. Retention and requests relating to provider-held information are subject to the provider’s applicable policies. When you send an inquiry, the company receives the information you include and uses it to respond and manage the conversation. Email is processed by the email providers involved. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or unsolicited confidential materials.
